  Tenant complaints are typically ignored or forgotten. I've had to ask for the same repairs to be made several times, and some of them still aren't done after almost a year of complaining. Management will just make excuses and say "I'll send someone tomorrow," but no one ever shows up. We have had our hot water off for days in a row, sometimes with no water at all. We have also had two leaks in our ceiling (upstairs toilet and bath water leaking into our bathroom), which are not fixed within a timely matter (a week for the first leak, still waiting for the second leak to be fixed). When repairs are made, they are not done correctly (for example, the AC filter was changed, but none of the lint and debris were cleaned out. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, so I cleaned it out myself). The maintenance team will also leave a mess for you to clean up (paint chips, plaster, trash, etc.). I do not recommend moving here. My friends also got an apartment in this community, and experience the same lack of proper service. We are preparing to move when the lease is up.
