    Tenant complaints are typically ignored or forgotten. I've had to ask for the same repairs to be made several times, and some of them still aren't done after almost a year of complaining. Management will just make excuses and say "I'll send someone tomorrow," but no one ever shows up. We have had our hot water off for days in a row, sometimes with no water at all. We have also had two leaks in our ceiling (upstairs toilet and bath water leaking into our bathroom), which are not fixed within a timely matter (a week for the first leak, still waiting for the second leak to be fixed). When repairs are made, they are not done correctly (for example, the AC filter was changed, but none of the lint and debris were cleaned out. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, so I cleaned it out myself). The maintenance team will also leave a mess for you to clean up (paint chips, plaster, trash, etc.). I do not recommend moving here. My friends also got an apartment in this community, and experience the same lack of proper service. We are preparing to move when the lease is up.

    The teachers have no control over the students. The school have an anti bullying program but take no action against bullying. And the school also have poor communication not only with the parents but amongst each other also!! Do yourself a favor and put your child(ren) in a better school if possible.

    I work as an adult assistant to two children there. I think it is funded very well, the school has an abundance of supplies and technologies. The Teachers are very supportive of each of the children and the Administrators are very committed to the children doing well. I think that it is a great school and wish my children had an opportunity to attend their.
